At Afridi Imports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furnishings. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
